Gift Creek Bridal's Online Showcase may have the look of a bridal "chain store"...
However, it is a privately owned & operated online retail store.
This store's polices and/or turn-around times are not the same as other larger stores.
Please visit the Policies page for answers to any questions you may have regarding this company or your purchase.
There is no warehousing... There are no shelves stocked. May be the case in some other stores - not so here.
Each order filled is done so - specifically for each inidvidual customer - so there is no order placed
to any of our distributors without first charging a customer's card.
Payment is up front, order is processed - and contents of the order dictates how long the order will take
to be completely processed from start to finish and then shipped.
This is the way we have done it since 1999 and the way we continue to do things now.

Many folks visit here, view the pictures, products and prices,
then shop here and quickly click the box at checkout which states they have read the policies page.
IN REALITY:
If most folks actually did read the page prior to checking the box and finalizing the order
they would have a much better understanding of how this company differs from most any
other bridal company on the internet and who it is - they are buying from when shopping here -
as well as why it is that I ask for at least two weeks prior to shipping and
why that is an estimate only.
THE ISSUE:
Shoppers will most likely receive orders from other companies faster than they will from me
because unlike almost any other bridal company on the web, I have been running this business alone
since 1999- from the invoicing, re-ordering, manufacturing, customizing, card processing,
photographing and web-page design & updating to the shipping and replying to emails on a daily basis.
I do: apologize for any waiting beyond the estimated wait time
and cannot usually give an exact date of shipment other than to say that barring any problems
(for which you will receive an e-mail notice) the order will ship in time for the date you enter at checkout.
HOWEVER:
You the shopper, are responsible to read the policies page prior to placing your order
and are encouraged to put your order aside and read it now if you have not already taken time to do so.
While I thank you for your patience and appreciate your patronage,
I reserve the right to cancel any order from any customer who is rude or abusive
and has clearly not read the policies page or this one - so as to fully understand who they are purchasing from.
